Transaction Advisor to Providus Bank in bidding for the Rural Electrification Fund (REF) Trust Fund Manager (TFM) role in Nigeria.
WEC provided support to Providus Bank in bidding for the TFM role. The TFM will be responsible for administering the REF. The REF is operated as a grant by Rural Electrification Agency of Nigeria (REA) which is awarded to project developers’ projects that are commercially viable.
WEC was able to assist the bank through the bidding process from Expression of Interest to the proposal stage.
