Wayne Omonuwa was invited by Nextier Power to provide a lecture on implementing the monitoring framework for the Rural Electrification Fund (REF). The workshop, developing the right strategies for monitoring and evaluation of REF project was sponsored by Heinrich boll stiffing (HBS).
The aim of the training was to build the capacity of the various REA staff that will be part of the monitoring and evaluation of mini grid projects and stand alone homes systems that are awarded grants.
